I

The stake

The loser pays the winner five hundred euro (€500). The sum is fixed and is not adjusted for margin of victory.

II

The field

The contest is fought in Aion 2 on the European servers. Each party plays their own account on that region; no other title, region, or platform counts toward the wager.

III

The measure

Victory goes to the higher Combat Score as shown on the party's own character profile in game. Each party nominates one character to the officiator before their first signature is dry; only that character is measured.

IV

The closing

Scores are read at 23:59 CET on 29 November 2026. Anything gained after that moment is glory, not evidence.

V

Proof

Within 24 hours of the closing, each party sends the officiator an unedited screenshot of their nominated character's profile showing the Combat Score. A party who sends nothing forfeits.

VI

No buying with real money

No buying kinah, gear, materials, boosts, or carries with real money outside the game's own storefront. This covers gold sellers, third-party marketplaces, and private deals with other players alike. Selling is permitted — a party may sell in-game goods, currency, or services for real money without breaching this wager.

VII

No bought accounts, no pilots

Each party plays a character on an account they created and hold themselves. No purchased, rented, traded, or inherited accounts. No piloting services and no account sharing — nobody else may play the nominated character for any reason, paid or as a favour, not for a single dungeon.

VIII

Purchases declared

Legitimate spending inside the game's own store is permitted, but every purchase must be disclosed to the officiator — item and amount — in one accounting delivered on 29 November 2026, alongside the score screenshot of Article V. Spending found undisclosed after that counts as a breach, whatever it was spent on.

IX

Breach

A breach of Articles VI, VII, or VIII forfeits the wager outright, regardless of score, and the forfeiting party pays the full €500.

X

The officiator

Lasp reads the evidence, holds the purchase declarations, and declares the winner. That ruling is final and both parties waive any appeal, rematch clause, or renegotiation of these articles.

XI

A tie, and settlement

Identical scores void the wager and nothing is owed. Otherwise the loser pays within seven days of the ruling.

XII

Execution

This wager binds once all three signatures below are affixed. A signature, once affixed, is timestamped and locked; it may only be struck by whoever placed it.
